“ Amazingly great food we had here. For starters, we went with the Chicken Lettuce Wrap, and boy oh boy that was mouthwatering to my tastebuds. You have got to try it! The staff here told us, it’s the number 1 favorite menu item for starters. My wife chose the standard beef pho while I got to indulge on the semi spicy Beef Red Curry (spicy level 3). Both were beyond what we have back in auburn WA. I was pleasantly surprised how well prepared my dish was. The first taste just hits you and you go in for a second, then a third, and before you know it, your red curry dish is all gone. I probably could have had another but I stopped myself. My wife enjoyed her standard beef pho with our son. The flavor was really good and didn’t taste like it was made the day before. Fresh, and I mean fresh. Color and size were eye catching as well. The staff here were great and friendly, service was too notch! I would highly recommend this place to everyone. ”

They told me about the peanut sauce at spring lotus and told me to go try their spring rolls. I am a lifelong fan of this little restaurant in Wenatchee. Anytime I was taking a mom break, I would come and get a table for one at spring lotus. We are now leaving the area and I would absolutely make a trip back just for Spring Lotus. ”

“ One of my favorite places for lunch. The restaurant is usually busy and the staff do a great job taking care of everyone. The fresh spring rolls are my absolute favorite here and despite living in a few different major cities, I can't find another place that makes them so consistently perfect. When I come to visit family I always stop by and eat my fill. The day they stop making the fresh shrimp spring rolls and peanut sauce, is the day my heart breaks. ”
“ The restaurant looks really cool inside, it has big paintings of lotus flowers and koi fish. The staff are super friendly. We didn't know the manager Rhyli was taking our order at first. She was super helpful in making sure we got our food the way we wanted it and made sure no cross contamination or allergies come into our meals. They accommodate really well for allergies. Food was so comforting to eat and flavourful! ”
